Sorry folks, but total conversions are frequently PC-only territory. Sadly, you won't be finding any of these on PS4, and most won't be available to Xbox One due to console mod restrictions.
The Shields To be crafted, all shields require 1 Leather Strips and 3 Steel Ingots + 1 specific ingot depending of the shield. All of them can be crafted at any forge if you have the 'Steel Smithing' perk, and to upgrade them, you just need 1 Steel Ingot for each shield.
